If you are among the average person you are probably embarrassed on some level about having love handles. That flabby belly hanging over the top of your pants is probably not something you like to see. These type of foods have the most nutritional value. Some common low energy density foods include fruits and vegetables. Your body can use almost everything these foods contain. At the other end of the spectrum are high energy density foods, which you should stay away from, as they have little nutritional value. Many of these foods can be considered junk foods, and are usually high in sugar, unhealthy carbohydrates and/or unhealthy fats. These type of foods only make it easy for your body to store more fat!
