Experiences Of Using The Services Of A Personal Trainer
Have you ever used or considered using the services of a personal trainer? I am not sure how many of the readers of this article will have answered this question in the positive however I must admit that despite the fact that I have been overweight for the majority of my adult life that I did not once ever consider this as an option – well not until eight months ago.
So what happened eight months ago to suddenly make me think about using the services of a personal trainer? A new family moved into the house next door to ours and the man of the house, a thirty year old father of three, was a personal training guru!
We quite quickly became good friends and he offered to provide me with his one-to-one personal trainer service for a huge discount of fifty percent! I took him up on his kind offer and I have not looked back since.
The main problem that I have had in the past with any form of fitness work or weight loss program is maintaining my motivation and being disciplined enough to continue with the routine for a long enough period – I kept making out that I did not have the available time due to busy work life working in the London computer support sector.
My personal trainer (neighbour) made sure that I could not have any excuses and was very much Mr Motivator! We have worked out an agreed schedule and the results have been quite staggering – I am now at a weight that I have always dreamed about and I feel better than ever.
I am going to continue with the service as I am now quite hooked on the daily exercise routine; it gives me a real lift.
